The client
Kuisine is a design-led kitchen manufacturer inspired by nature. Using natural and sustainable materials, all crafted and perfected by hand. They are transformed into the most beautiful timeless designs.
The Objective
Redesign the website consistent with Kuisine’s new brand direction. Showcasing their services and projects in an ordered and clean way.
The Solution
Tasked with creating a new structure and the visual design of the website, one of the main targets was to increase appointment signups and to raise awareness around the brand’s new direction. This required a lot of work with pulling the existing content apart and reassembling it in the new recalibrated format.
To achieve the first target and increase appointment signups, I introduced a sticky bar at the top of the page, I hid the menu behind the burger icon, which helped the “make an appointment” button stand out without interfering with the content.
To achieve the second target, I conducted the major content clean up by creating a new customer journey, trimming down the content/copy, and quality checking the existing visuals. Because of the brand’s new direction, I opted for the light and open design with a lot of room to breathe, with big-bold visuals and light typographic elements. The result: an accessible, lightweight easy to navigate website that represents the brand’s new core values.
